How to order: To order a product - simply click the Buy Now button underneath the main information for that item. You will then be directed to the secure PayPal service where you will be able to enter your details securely. (If prompted do you want to display "insecure" items click yes, this is merely the graphics which are not stored on a secure server.)

If you require any assistance feel free to email us by clicking on the contact link. You can also check on the status of your in the same way stating what date and time you first purchased the item.

Delivery Policy: When in stock, items are usually dispatched within 10 working days and are sent via First Class Recorded delivery. Remember postage and packing is only £2.00 per item. Out of stock items will be dispatched as soon as they are available. If a title is out of stock it can take between 10 and 21 days for dispatch. Deliveries usually take 3-5 working days after time of dispatch.

Returns Policy: Due to the nature of our online shopping service it is currently impossible for us to accept returned items. Therefore please make sure you are ready to purchase before clicking the Buy Now button. Remember however that all products are thoroughly checked before dispatch and are 99.9% compatible with most DVD players.

Privacy: The Site is a UK-based website and takes care to comply with the requirements of the UK Data Protection Act 1998 relating to the personal information you supply on the Site. The Site uses a online purchase system that relies on the security system of www.paypal.com. www.paypal.com has a security system that protects your information from unauthorised use. However, as no data transmissions over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to www.paypal.com and you do so at your own risk.

As all online sales are conducted on a "per order" basis - we do not save any personal information about you. We will not sell, distribute or disclose information about you as an individual or your personal usage of the Site (“Information”) without your consent or unless required or permitted to do so by law. The Information we gather may include name, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date, email address, telephone number, and any personal preferences, however as stated above they are only used on a "per order" basis and therefore they are not used beyond the life of the incomplete order.
